Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you adequate time to inspect and test your components to ensure they meet your performance requirements.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
- All original manufacturer packaging and documentation must be included
- Items must show no signs of installation, wear, or damage
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bicycle Helmets (safety equipment that cannot be verified once removed from packaging)
- Bike Tools & Maintenance equipment that shows any signs of use
- Bike Decals and customized items
- Opened or used Bike Batteries
- Any installed components such as Bike Cassettes, Brake Calipers, or Bottom Brackets that show installation marks
Return Process – Step by Step
- Submit Return Request: Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your return request
- Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
- Package Items Securely: Pack items in original packaging with all included materials

- Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return
Refund Information
Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The timing of when you’ll see the refund in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
